The best progressive fly fishing trip that we offer is along the Lamar River. This trip begins with a ride through Pelican Valley and over Mist Pass into the Lamar Canyon, where we make our first camp near the confluence of Cold Creek and the Lamar River. After two days of fishing the upper portion of the Lamar River, we move camp down river to the confluence of Miller Creek and the Lamar River.

This five day/four night trip provides a great combination of fishing and sightseeing, allowing you to fish multiple areas of the Lamar River as well as ride though more than 30 miles of the backcountry area that is considered to be the wildest in Yellowstone.
