Wolf Trip

North American Grey Wolf

This trip is dedicated to viewing wolves and spectacular scenery. While there is no guarantee that we will see wolves, we have only been to this location twice in the last five years without a sighting. Sometimes they come right into our camp, and listening to them howl throughout the night is beyond description. It is amazing.

This is one of our favorite trips. In addition to wolves, there is a local beaver who can be seen at times, and there are some nice thermal features. We occasionally see bears and other wildlife as well. This trip has a stationary campsite (in other words we don't move camp), and it is suitable for all levels of riders. We highly recommend this trip.

We do not divulge the location of this trip. If we did, it would be overrun by wolf watchers, and the wolves would leave the area for more peaceful surroundings.

This trip has a stationary Base Camp.
